Punctuality is key!
We do our best to run on time and we ask that you do the same. Please arrive 10 minutes early for all appointments.
If you need to change or cancel your appointment, a 24-hour notice is required. You will receive and automated email 2 days prior to your appointment as well as either a text message or email 2 hours before. If you don’t confirm by email, we will give you a courtesy call the day before.
Tipping is at your discretion. Gift certificates do not include gratuity.
Asheville Hair Design does not offer refunds on services. If a guest is dissatisfied with his/her service we offer a correction at no charge if scheduled within 10 days of the original appointment.
Method of Payment:
Asheville Hair Design accepts Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Discover, Cash or Checks.
If you are under the weather, have a fever, and are possibly contagious, we humbly ask that you stay home to take care of yourself. If you are on antibiotics, we ask that you have 48 hours worth in your system before keeping your appointment.
We at AHD are always reliable and on time. However, emergencies do happen. We ask your patience in those special situations and we will accommodate your needs as quickly as possible.
We are a family salon and want to cater to your entire family. We do request that if your child is not receiving a service and your appointment lasts more than 45 min, to please find alternative childcare. The salon can be a very dangerous place for children under 7 years. Thank you for your understanding.
We respectfully request that if you need to smoke an e-cig, to be aware of our mutual environment, and to please vape outside. This applies to all forms of smoking.
